1. 概述 Instruction

方形管道风机是一种造型小巧且非常实用的直连管道风机 , 拥有极薄的厚度 , 仅比管道直径多二十几毫米。如果需要较低的安装高度，那么方形管道风机将是您最佳的选择。该机型 已有安装孔，无须另加安装配件， 成本低 , 安装方便、快捷。 适用于酒店、宾馆、高级会场、超市、贮藏室、洗手间等地方的送风、排风、回风、补风和过滤。

The box fan is small and thin. Compared with the diameter of the piping, the thickness of fan is only more than 20 millimeters. If you want lower installation height, the box fan is the best choice. Connecting the fan and piping directly could save design and install cost on the piping and please see Fig.1. Moreover, there are installation holes in the box fan so that it is not necessary to add accessories to install. Design for blow, exhaust, circle, renew and filtration could be used in hotel, marketplace, gymnasium, supermarket, store room and most of public place.

单个方形风机的重量均不超过 20 公斤，只需一个人就能轻易地移动方形风机，方便安装。方形风机所采用的材料均符合 RoHS 指令。

2. 产品结构 Structure

方形管道风机主要由外壳、叶轮、电机和接线盒组成。

Consist of housing, impeller, motor, base and connection box.

•  外壳：采用优质热镀锌钢板制成，具有优良的耐大气腐蚀性能 , 进风口和出风口外形尺寸相同，可与风管直接相连，以便于安装。外摆式的检修门方便电机和叶轮检修与保养。

1) Housing: Galvanize steel sheet material could be able to bear corrosive. Same size for the inlet and outlet can install conveniently. Connecting to the piping directly makes for installation. Flexible door ensure easy maintenance and cleanness on the fan motor and impeller.

2) 电机：采用外转子单相异步电动机，通过 CE 认证、 CCC 认证、 UL 认证。该电机的特点是叶轮直接压装在电机外壳上，由电机外壳旋转直接驱动，机电一体，结构合理，体积小，节省安装空间； . 采用三档调速，可通过保持电流波形平滑的方式来减少噪音和振动，有自动复位的热保护装置，便于用电管理；重量轻，运行平稳，效率高，寿命长。

2 ) Motor: External rotor single-phase asynchronous motor received CE ， CCC ， UL certification. The characteristics of the motor are: The impeller is installed on the external casing of the motor directly and is driven by motor directly. The impeller and the motor are combined to a whole with small volume and litter install space; Three

speeds control and reset thermal protect device. It can reduce noise and vibration by keeping balance for the current. In this way could ensure well management for the electricity; Mini size, reliable performance, high efficiency and long life.

3 ) 接线盒：采用加有阻燃成分的 ABS 材料制成，防火性能较好。安装在整机外表面，接线、拆装非常方便。

3 ) Connection Box: Made of ABS contained material which can prevent burning. It is installed outward apperance and connecting wire and packing is very convenient.
