2. 产品结构 Structure
圆形管道风机系列主要由外壳、叶轮、电机和接线盒组成。
Consist of housing, impeller, motor, base and connection box.
• 外壳：采用优质热镀锌钢板制成，具有优良的耐大气腐蚀性能 , 进风口设计成符合空气动力学的形状，便于气流进入叶轮。进风口和出风口外形尺寸相同，以
便于安装。进风盖和出风盖采用螺钉连接，便于维修与清洁。
1) Housing: Galvanize steel sheet material could be able to bear corrosive. The best design for inlet is based on aerodynamics so that the airflow can easily enter into impeller. Same size for the inlet and outlet can install conveniently. Bolt connection for inlet cover and outlet cover ensure easy maintenances and cleanness.
• 叶轮： JH100A 、 JH125A 、 JH150A 、 JH160A 圆形管道风机采用新型塑料制成的叶轮，直径为 190mm ； JH200A 、 JH250A 、 JH250B 采用新型塑料叶片与金属底板结合的叶轮，直径为 250mm ； JH315A 圆形管道风机采用金属制成，直径为 280mm 。 均设计成后向式叶轮，在正常运转的情况下，均能与外壳良好配合，风量大 , 效率高 , 噪音低。叶轮与外转子电机构成整体 , 成为叶轮轮毂的驱动电机被气流高效地冷却，可以延长风机寿命。
2 ) Impeller: The impellers of JH100A 、 JH125A 、 JH150A 、 JH160A 、 JH160B Circular duct fans are made of plastic. Their diameters are all 190 mm; The impellers of JH200A 、 JH250A 、 JH250B consist of plastic blade and metal bottom board. Their diameters are all 250 mm; The impeller of JH315A is made of metal. Its diameter is 280 mm. All of them are designed backward curve with big flow, high efficiency, lower noise. The impeller is integrated into the external rotor motor so that the motor is equal to a wheel hub. So the motor can be cooled by the airflow efficiently to prolong life.
• 电机：采用外转子单相异步电动机，通过 CE 认证、 CCC 认证、 UL 认证。该电机的特点是叶轮直接压装在电机外壳上，由电机外壳旋转直接驱动，机电一体，结构合理，体积小，节省安装空间； . 采用三档调速，可通过保持电流波形平滑的方式来减少噪音和振动，有自动复位的热保护装置，便于用电管理；重量轻，运行平稳，效率高，寿命长。
3 ) Motor: External rotor single-phase asynchronous motor received CE ， CCC ， UL certification. The characteristics of the motor are: The impeller is installed on the external casing of the motor directly and is drived by motor directly. The impeller and the motor are combined to a whole with small volume and litter install space; Three
speeds control and reset thermal protect device. It can reduce noise and vibration by keeping balance for the current. In this way could ensure well management for the electricity; Mini size, reliable performance, high efficiency and long life.
• 接线盒：采用加有阻燃成分的 ABS 材料制成，防火性能较好。安装在整机外表面，接线、拆装非常方便。
4 ) Connection Box: Made of ABS contained material which can prevent burning. It is installed outward apperance and connecting wire and packing is very convenient.
